2. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where digital asset participation is prohibited or restricted.
You are not subject to sanctions or listed on any applicable sanctions list.

We reserve the right to restrict access at our sole discretion.

3. Nature of the Token

The Token:

Does not represent equity, shares, ownership rights, or debt in any entity.
Does not grant voting rights, dividends, or profit participation unless explicitly stated.
Is not a deposit, savings product, or regulated financial instrument.
May not have immediate or ongoing utility.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer of securities.

4. No Financial Advice

All information provided is for informational purposes only.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

Financial advice
Investment advice
Legal advice
Tax advice

You are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

By participating, you acknowledge and accept:

Digital assets are volatile and speculative.
The Token may lose all value.
Regulatory frameworks may change.
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities.
Liquidity is not guaranteed.
Secondary markets may not exist.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Participation Process

To participate, you must:

Connect a compatible digital wallet.
Select your allocation.
Confirm transaction via blockchain.
Accept these Terms in full.

All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

We do not control blockchain networks and are not responsible for transaction delays, errors, or network congestion.

7. KYC / Compliance

The Platform reserves the right to:

Request identity verification at any time.
Suspend or cancel participation if compliance concerns arise.
Block jurisdictions where required by law.

Failure to comply may result in restricted access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials on the Platform are the property of Global Pound unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reverse engineer
Reproduce

without prior written consent.

9. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We are not liable for:

Cyberattacks
Third-party failures
Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
